What to write about

• Wrong or outdated numbers. Social platforms do change their display sizes occasionally. If you spot a dimension in the cheat sheet that no longer matches what the platform renders, tell us what you saw — correction reports get answered first.
• Bugs. If the resizer fails on a specific file, the most useful report includes: the browser and version, the image format and approximate dimensions, which mode you used (pixels / percent / longest side / preset / crop), and what happened versus what you expected. Don’t attach the image itself unless you’re comfortable sharing it — a description of the symptoms is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
• Feature requests. Presets for other platforms, additional crop ratios, fit-without-crop (letterbox) output — if it would make the tool more useful, we want to hear it.
• Anything else. Privacy questions, press, partnership ideas — same address.

We aim to reply within a few working days. ImgResize is a small independent project, so there is no ticket queue and no autoresponder — a person reads every message.
